Meet Jennifer Barbosa

A bachelor of arts graduate and former career banker, I am a REALTOR® who has incredible knowledge and expertise to bring to the table. I specialize in residential new and existing properties within the Metro Vancouver and Fraser Valley areas. I have sold listings in every resale category; houses, townhouses and condos. I have also helped a large number of first-time home buyers achieve success as a step-by-step guide on their journey. It helps that I’ve once been a first-time home buyer myself and I have acquired and managed my own rental properties as well. Additionally, I have helped in several presale launches for various developers by bringing registrants to the project. Thus, I have a breadth of experience and I can easily identify special opportunities for real estate investment. I pride myself on delivering a consistent, high-level service with attention to the details. I absolutely love what I do and I am most interested in creating lifelong client relationships through trust by delivering the proper care and attention that each client deserves.

I strongly believe that it is not only my duty to represent my clients to the best of my ability, but also to educate them through every step in the process providing helpful information and keen market insight, so that my clients make the best-informed decisions. I am incredibly transparent, extremely knowledgeable in lending and in real estate, and I have a strong work ethic and motivation to do the very best every time for each client that I serve; I seek to build lasting relationships with my clients.

Charitable Giving

I am a proud supporter of the REALTOR® care blanket drive. I happily picked up new and gently used blankets and clothing for donation for this near and dear charitable giving effort. I think anyone living in Metro Vancouver feels deeply concerned for those living on our streets, especially as the cooler weather approaches.

I believe this effort not only improves lives but also saves lives right here in our community. It is truly my pleasure to help make a difference for those in great need of warmth and compassion.

In My Free Time

I love to sketch, play board games with friends, spend quality time with my lovely little boys- Jaxon and Jaden, I jog and I do yoga. I feel blessed to live and raise my children in the beautiful and historic Steveston Village in Richmond, B.C.- where I was born and raised myself.
